14 DAY TRIAL // Larian Studios is best known for Divine Divinity, a fantasy RPG, but also for games like Beyond Divinity or LED Wars.
Recently, Larian Studios announced the finalization of a graphics engine which they intend to present at E3 Expo. The announcement made by Swen Vincke, CEO of Larian Studios, was also accompanied by three images which show the capabilities of the graphics engine.
The images depict a completely 3D content, adapted according to Vincke to the current requirements of the RPG games. All the images focus on the same character, and he could be playing a key role or even the main part in the future game.
Even so, Larian Studios didn't specify the games that will benefit from the new graphics technology or a launch date for them.
Rumors have it that a possible title might be Divine Divinity 2, but there aren't any official confirmations.
On the other hand, in one of the three images there is a sign in the foreground where one can easily see written directions like: Aleroth and Verdistis, so we know for sure that we will witness a new game based on the Divine Divinity universe.
