New ZoneAlarm Available for Download

ZoneAlarm has been updated to version 11.0.000.038. This is its first update for 2013 and integrates two new features as well as some improvements.

First on the list is the availability of Do Not Track feature, which is a policy proposal (already adopted by Microsoft in Internet Explorer) that allows you to express your wish against being tracked by analytics services or advertising networks and social platforms.

Also new in this release is Facebook Privacy Scan, a feature that can scan your account for privacy concerns. It is designed to check posts that are visible to everyone as well as those available to friends of friends.

The new ZoneAlarm adds support for Firefox 17.0.1 and improves the behavioral scanning engine.
