14 DAY TRIAL // Owners of BlackBerry 10 smartphones out there can now download and install a new YouTube mobile client for their devices, namely SuperTube.
The software comes as a native application for the BlackBerry 10 platform, and promises a wide range of appealing features to all users.
According to the app’s developers, SuperTube comes not only with the BlackBerry 10 native look and feel, and also with support for BBM.
BlackBerry 10 users will be able to view YouTube videos on their Smart TV, PS3, PC browser or any other device that support leanback (experimental), while enjoying access to VEVO videos as well.
Moreover, those who own devices with physical keyboard (namely the Q10 and Q5) will take advantage of key shortcuts for an enhanced experience.
In addition, there is the option to change the video quality between 144p, 240p, 360p, 720p and 1080p when available, both as default and while watching, complemented by the possibility to choose Bright or Dark themes for video list.
Users will be able to select the preferred resolution to play when connected to Wi-Fi or to mobile data, and will also have the option to continue to listen to videos while performing searches or accessing other application functions.

At the same time, the app enables users to manage Subscriptions, Playlists, Favorites, Watch Later, and to access categories from YouTube (games, music, news etc.). There is also search history and YouTube suggests while typing to enjoy (videos watched in the app won’t be added to the history).
