Microsoft has just revealed a special video with the new boss of its Xbox division, Phil Spencer, in which he talked about his goals with the Xbox One and how he listens to feedback from fans at all times.

Microsoft's Xbox division was left without a clear leader last summer when former head Don Mattrick left the company to work at Zynga.

Earlier this week, the company finally confirmed that the Xbox division will be led by Phil Spencer, who previous supervised the Microsoft Game Studios, in charge of creating new titles for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and other platforms owned by the large corporation.

Spencer already pledged that he's going to put the Xbox One focus back on gaming and has now starred in a video interview with Xbox Live community manager Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb.

Spencer emphasized that he is now listening to feedback and suggestions from fans about where they'd like to see the Xbox division go and stressed that both him and his new team is listening to the loyal community.

The new Xbox leader also wants the different teams at Microsoft to work closer together, as the creative individuals should talk to the engineers in order to have a single vision.

Last but not least, Spencer pledged that E3 2014 for Xbox will be a great event.
