No one needs an update on just how popular the World Wrestling Entertainment series is. Players of the latest installment in the series, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008, benefit from a huge lineup of WWE licensed accessories, which unfortunately aren't available anymore. Yup, starting November 14, Game On has seen non stop orders from Alaska to Australia and so the stock is currently depleted. But it's not going to stay that way, Game On assures us.

Just so everyone's on the same level here, Game On is a newly established video game accessories company. They're the guys behind the officially licensed WWE video game
accessories. As mentioned above, stock is currently depleted but the company confirms that it will fly in new products directly to its fulfillment facility.

"Given the popularity of the WWE, we thought there was a significant opportunity for officially licensed video game accessories, and so we are extremely pleased with our initial online launch," said John Ma, CEO of Game On. "Looking ahead, we'll continue doing everything possible to meet the online demand, as well as seek ways to increase our distribution to encompass national and local retail outlets."

Adds Florence Di Giorgio, World Wrestling Entertainment Global Licensing Senior Director : "With WWE's wide success in the video game category, it was only natural to add video game accessories into our roster of licensed products. We are very excited for Game On and their early success, and look forward to working closely with them to further develop their product line."

Game On's 2007 lineup of WWE accessories includes the following

PS2 Wireless Controller
PS2 Slim Skin
Xbox 360 Faceplate and Skin Bundle
Wii Skins and Wii Remote Gel Skins

The PS2 Wireless Controller is probably the most impressive of all, given it features rapid fire and turbo buttons, allowing gamers to stand as far as 25 feet away from the entertainment center. The respective controller also sports a Double-Shock vibration system. Rumble will kick in with ever clothesline, chair shot and bodyslam you perform.
