Even low-end cards can be overclocked, and HIS made a point of reminding us of that with the Radeon R7 240 iCooler Boost Clock 2GB DDR3 video board.

Then again, with CPU/APU-integrated graphics everywhere, low-end add-in video boards are what used to pass as mid-range cards at one time.

Thus, the new video card definitely has overclocking headroom, especially with HIS' iCooler cooling module applied to the GPU. HIS even included the iTurbo software in the box.

For those who want the specs, the card uses a 28nm GPU at 730 MHz (Boost Clock 780 MHz) and 2 GB of DDR3 at 1800 MHz, plus a 128-bit memory interface.

The HIS Long Lasting Design prolongs the lifespan of the card, while the special metal ensures the PCB won't bend any time soon.
