Sony shows off just how the cut scenes in Uncharted are made

Sony has presented another new video for its upcoming Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception title, this time going behind the scenes of the motion capture process, which sees the voice actors of Nathan Drake, Elena Fisher or Victor Sullivan actually play out their roles, albeit in motion capture suits, on stages created by Sony and brought to life by the developers at Naughty Dog.

The Uncharted series has often been regarded as a big Hollywood-style production, and, judging from the motion capture process, you can see the resemblance, especially as voice actors like Nolan North or Emily Rose, need to play out their roles, read their lines and interact with each other while recording the cut scenes we enjoy in the game.

You can admire the whole process, as well as some input from the actual actors, in the video above, showcasing just how Naughty Dog managed to recreate the experience of walking on sand and interacting with a whole new environment, never before seen in the series.

Uncharted 3 is out exclusively for the PlayStation 3 on November 1.
