Sharkoon's not exactly a newcomer to the field of USB 3.0 – enabled storage solutions, and for this reason, the fact that they've added yet another SuperSpeed USB flash drive to their existing collection shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

The storage device in question is called the Flexi-Drive Accelerate Duo and joins the company's Extreme Duo model, yet another USB 3.0 Flexi-Drive Sharkoon outed a while ago.

The new flash drive comes packed in a high quality, dark grey aluminum housing, that looks pretty rigid and rough, but that doesn't make the drive any less portable, given the fact that it measures around 72 x 19 x 8 mm (L x W x H) and weighs just around 16 grams.

Naturally, since we're talking about an USB 3.0 storage solution, the Flexi-Drive Accelerate Duo flash drive offers users some pretty impressive data transfer rates, namely up to 110 MB/s read speed and up to 70 MB/s write speed.

Plus, there's also plenty of storage space for one's data, given the fact that the new SuperSpeed USB flash drive from Sharkoon is available in both 32GB and 64GB storage capabilities, so users shouldn't worry too much about being left without sufficient space for their files.

Last, but certainly not least, we'll also have to point out that the USB 3.0 storage solution is backwards-compatible with USB2.0 and USB1.x interfaces, but that's not really much of a surprise, given the fact that most other solutions on the market offer the same functionality.

Sharkoon's new Flexi-Drive Accelerate Duo USB 3.0 flash drives are already available for sale across Europe and, as expected, they're not exactly what we'd dare call affordable, the 32GB model selling for around 70 Euro (95,55 US dollars), while the 64GB flavor is slightly more expensive, hitting the shelves at around 125 Euro (170 US dollars).
