New Twisted Metal Video Focuses on Its Weapons

Sony and Eat Sleep Play have just unleashed a fresh video for their upcoming Twisted Metal combat racing game, this time taking a look at the variety of weapons included in the new title.

The Twisted Metal series has been around for quite some time, with gamers being treated to some impressive and some not-so-impressive iterations over the years.

With the new Twisted Metal, masterminded by David Jaffe and his team at Eat, Sleep, Play, it seems that fans will definitely be in for a treat, as we have seen after trying out the recent demo for the game.

Now, in order to help out those who aren't that familiar with the franchise, a fresh video has been launched, as part of the Twisted Metal University series that focuses on the variety of weapons wielded by the cars and characters in Twisted Metal.

From energy powers, to side arms and main guns, everything is explained in the trailer above, complete with gameplay footage and control inputs.

Check out the video and get ready for Twisted Metal's release this week on February 14, in North America, and sometime in March, in Europe, only on the PS3.
