Asus has recently released the laptop/tablet hybrid, the Transformer Book Trio onto several markets across the globe.

Now, the PC manufacturer has rolled out an ad for the device to showcase the many different capabilities of the product. The Asus Transformer Book Trio can be used in three different modes.

In tablet mode, the device runs Android. If users couple the display with a keyboard, the Transformer will turn into a laptop which runs Windows 8 instead. The keyboard can also be docked to an external monitor through HDMI converting it into a fully-fledged desktop PC.

In the ad we’re shown a guy who arrives at his new job for the first day. He’s being led to his spot in the office and we can see a Transformer Book Trio sitting there on his desk.

He tries to prop the screen up to begin working, but the display pops out with Android running at full speed, converting the dull office environment into a vivid club scene. Throughout the commercial he slips in and out of office and venue environments, as he navigates the worlds of pleasure and business alike.

What the commercial is trying to imply here is that Android mode is meant for fun, while the Windows side is meant for business and working.

It seems like Asus is having fun with the whole “Transformer” concept here, which is pretty innovative by itself. Take a look at what they have come up with.
