Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella has confirmed that new game modes will be released for Titanfall in the near future as downloadable add-ons, so players can look forward to different experiences.

Titanfall rolled out at the beginning of the month for the PC and Xbox One platforms, bringing an intense multiplayer-only first-person shooter experience that drew in plenty of fans and loyal players.

The game came with quite a few different maps that were extremely varied but it only featured five different gameplay modes, ranging from Attrition, to Hardpoint Domination, Capture the Flag, Last Titan Standing, and Pilot Hunter.

As you can imagine, quite a few players were disappointed with this and asked Respawn for more gameplay modes in the future.

Now, Vince Zampella, the studio's co-founder, has confirmed on Twitter that the team has heard the feedback from players about gameplay variety.

As such, you can expect that the upcoming downloadable content packs for Titanfall will come with fresh gameplay modes, not just maps or weapons.

Unfortunately, however, Zampella didn't offer an exact release schedule or launch dates for the upcoming Titanfall add-ons, so it's unclear when they'll go live.

For now, those who are confident in Respawn can already buy the Season Pass and save money on all the future add-ons.
