The latest interpretation of the ancient Greek myth of Hercules belongs to director Renny Harlin, who is set to release his “The Legend of Hercules” in theaters starting with January 10. The latest trailer for the film has just been released and it's two full minutes of eye-candy.

Hercules is presented as an ordinary man whose one true love is set to marry his brother. You can guess the rest: he's forced to flee from home, goes rowing on a galley shirtless to expose his abs, wrestles in the mud as well as in an arena, until finally realizing his true demigod nature and whipping out a lightning sword to vanquish his enemies.

The film stars Kellan Lutz as Hercules, whom you might remember from other roles which involved a toned set of abs: “Tarzan,” “Java Heat,” “Immortals” and the “Twilight” series. So if you're into ancient myths, magic and men without their shirts on, you'll love “The Legend of Hercules.”
