Team Fortress 2, the online multiplayer game developed by Valve, has received another update for all supported platforms, including Linux.

Team Fortress 2 features a large number of multiplayer modes, such as Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, King of the Hill and more. Players can choose one of the nine classes: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy.

Highlights of the Team Fortress 2 update:

• A few server CPU spikes, caused by compression of string tables and packets, have been fixed; • sv_netspike, sv_netspike_sendtime_ms, and sv_netspike_output convars have been added for investigating server performance; • The Robotic Boogaloo community update has been added; • A chat exploit that would cause other clients to timeout from dedicated servers has been fixed.
