Nintendo has just revealed a few more details about its upcoming expansion for New Super Mario Bros. U in the form of New Super Luigi U.

The add-on will focus on Mario's taller brother, and features changed versions of all the 82 stages from the original game.

New Super Mario Bros. U was a must-have title for Wii U owners last November, and now Nintendo is getting ready to debut New Super Luigi U, a special expansion that reimagines the game.

Luigi will have to go through revamped versions of all the 82 stages from the original and, while he's able to jump higher, players don't have the same amount of control.

Each stage starts with a 99-second timer, so players will have to go through the levels at a faster pace.

When experienced in the four-player co-op, Mario is replaced with Nabbit, an NPC from the original game.

New Super Luigi U will be released as DLC on June 20. It will also come out as a retail release on July 26 in Europe, and August 25 in North America.

Until then, you can check out a fresh set of screenshots below.
