Video game publisher SEGA has released yet another trailer for its upcoming Sonic Generations, designed to show off the modern levels that players will be able to play through.

The levels that are visually explored are Crisis City, Planet Wisp and Rooftop Run.

As the name implies the new Sonic game will see the modern version of the SEGA character team up with his old self in order to find a number of other friends that were attending his birthday party and were scattered in different time zones.

The inclusion of two versions of the main characters means that each stage can be tackled using two very different routes and sets of gameplay mechanics, broadening the appeal of the video game.

Sonic Generations is set to be launched on the PlayStation 3 from Sony, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the Nintendo 3DS handheld on November 1 in North America and three days later in Europe.

I also just watched the new bosses trailer! MAN WHEN I GET THAT GAME I'M GONNA CRY!!!!!!!! Think of it, rebuilt genesis acts, returning enemies, classics meet moderns, who WOULDN'T buy it???????????????? I know Sega's been going through some nasty shiz lately speaking of Sonic The Dickhog for the xbox and playstation. I'm saving up all the money i can to own this game. Sonic the hedgehog 4 for not even consoles looked pretty good, sonic colors,(which i have) in review isn't that bad. But still not sure i like those new voice actors. But to me and probably to every other sonic fan out there believes for obvious reasons sonic generations will finally get sega back up on their feet in full swing. :)
