14 DAY TRIAL // One of the most anticipated released of the summer of 2012 is “Snow White and the Huntsman,” an adult, live action take on the classic tale of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.
Above is a brand new promo pic, released perhaps to counter the attention the other Snow White film, “Mirror Mirror,” is getting.
Unlike previously released material, this one doesn't center on Kristen Stewart, who plays Snow White.
Instead, it's all about the other protagonist included in the title, the Huntsman, as portrayed by the handsome Chris Hemsworth, whom audiences might be familiar with because of his take on Thor, the god of thunder, in last year's film of the same name.
As you can easily see – just click on the thumb above – he's leading the Dwarves into battle against the Evil Queen (Charlize Theron), after switching sides, since she first hired him to kill Snow White.
“Snow White and the Huntsman” will be out in theaters on June 1, 2012.
