After checking out the very impressive Tricks trailer last week for the new SSX game, EA has now deployed a fresh video that focuses on the music and the soundtrack of the snowboarding simulator.

Electronic Arts is getting ready to launch a brand new SSX game early next year, so it's been releasing quite a lot of videos that depict scenes and modes from within the game.

In this new one, the music producer of the new SSX, Freddy Ouano, presents the soundtrack that will vary depending on what's happening on the screen.

During regular races, the orchestral score will keep players on edge, but in the Tricky mode players will be delighted with licensed tracks that complement the dynamic action that's happening in the game. Last but not least, the Survival mode will have some more ominous tracks that heighten the player's sense of danger, according to Ouano.

Besides the tracks, the video also depicts quite a lot of footage from the actual game, so check it out above and get ready for SSX's release on February 14, 2012, in North America, and February 17, in Europe, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
