14 DAY TRIAL // Electronic Arts has just deployed a brand new trailer for SSX, its upcoming snowboarding simulator, which shows off some of its descents based on the Andes Mountain Range from Patagonia.
The upcoming SSX reboots will try to balance the over the top experience delivered by previous installments in the series with a more realistic feel. We’ve already seen quite a lot of videos with the game in action, as well as screenshots that show off the variety of mountain ranges it will feature.
Now, EA has deployed a brand new trailer, which focuses on the Patagonia mountain range from South America. In it, you can see its perilous slopes as well as some of the less-than-natural obstacles, like crashed airplanes.
Check out the video above and get ready for the release of SSX on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 28, in North America, and March 2, in Europe.
