No new features, plenty of theme-related issues have been fixed

With a stable Tunny (version 11.60) officially pushed to the users, the development team from Opera shifted their focus towards version 12 of the browser, codenamed Opera Wahoo.

Most of the changes available in this alpha build, 1191, have been adopted from Opera 11.60, but there are also some modifications on the side. There are no new features available, as fixes and improvements are dominant in the change set.

Theme-related problems have been mended. These prevented the web browser from minimizing whether from the taskbar button or from the one in Opera’s titlebar. Also, themes would be the cause for window borders slipping onto secondary monitors.

On Windows 7, themed-up Opera would not snap to top or side edge of the screen, while on old-school OSs (read: Windows 2000) installation of themes would crash the browser.

These are not the only hurdles caused by themes in Opera 12. Check them all in the full changelog of the snapshot.
