Nintendo has just announced that its newest consoles will make their debut on Friday 13, which might be unlucky for some, but not for it since the company has sold over 50 million Nintendo 3DS units until now.

The New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL will be officially launched in Europe on February 13, alongside two major games: The Legend of Zelda - Majora’s Mask and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.

So, Friday 13 will be the official Nintendo 3DS Day in Europe, as two limited edition bundles will be available on the same date.

New Nintendo 3DS XL Majora's Mask 3D Edition and New Nintendo 3DS XL Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Edition will be available later this week, and each will come with a 4GB microSDHC card, where the games will be installed.

Moreover, the Japanese company has also announced that it will also launch on Nintendeo eShop IronFall: Invasion, a single-player and six-person local & online multiplayer action-shooter, along with Kirby Fighters Deluxe and Dedede’s Drum Dash Deluxe.

Furthermore, Nintendo’s Anime Channel service will be available for download on the same day, with anime series from popular franchises like Kirby, Pokemon and Inazuma Eleven.

There will also be new themes available for Nintendo 3DS Home Menu. The New Basic and Simple Color Set themes will be available for download for free from the Theme Shop.

Lots of new Nintendo games will be launched after mid-February

Moreover, customers who buy The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate or Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy+ will receive a free bonus theme download if purchased from Nintendo eShop, with additional themes available at a price.

In the weeks and months following the launch of the new Nintendo consoles in Europe, more games will make their debut, including Pokemon Shuffle (February), Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit! (March 6), Gardening Mama: Forest Friends (March 6), Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (March 20), Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stones: Wildfire, and Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stones: Tunderflash (March 27).

Other titles that have been confirmed by Nintendo in the upcoming months include: Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, (April 2) Code Name S.T.E.A.M. (May 15), and Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition (May).
