New Ninja Gaiden 3 Screenshots Are Quite Violent and Bloody

Team Ninja has deployed a brand new batch of screenshots of the upcoming Ninja Gaiden 3 hack and slash title that, just like previous images, show off the protagonist Ryu Hayabusa using his ninja skills and sword to eviscerate his unlucky opponents resulting in showers of blood.

Ninja Gaiden 3 will go beyond the bare bone story structure of previous titles and focus on the internal struggle of Ryu, the man behind the mask. Besides his own fight, however, Ryu still needs to overcome legions of enemies and these struggles are as violent as ever, especially if you look at the new screenshots above and below.

The new images depict Ryu going to modern-day Dubai, where he needs to go up against the evil Alchemist Forces, slashing away at his ruthless enemies, but also encounter Mizuki McCloud, a young woman which is unlike many of Ryu's usual lady friends, without any sort of ninja skills or ample assets.

Check out the gallery below and get ready for Ninja Gaiden 3's release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 early next year and, sometime after that, for the Wii U.
