Sony has just deployed a fresh video for the upcoming Motorstorm RC racing game for the PlayStation Vita, this time taking a look at the online time trial mode and the special Pitwall, which informs players of their friends’ performances in the game.

Motorstorm is among the Vita’s variety of racing games that will be available right when the console is released later this month. It allows players to pilot remote controlled toy cars and race through a campaign, as well as through a multiplayer mode.

Sony, together with Evolution Studios, the developer of Motorstorm RC, have now posted a video that takes a look at the game’s pitwall, which is similar to the Autolog mechanic in Need for Speed games. It basically lets players know when their friends have beaten some of their performances, allowing them to quickly jump into the action and try to gain supremacy.

This feature will be available both on the Vita, as well as on the PlayStation 3, on which Motorstorm RC will also be released, so check it out in action above.
