You'd think that Intel, a US company, would first release its new processors in the USA and then the rest of the world.

That's not what's going to happen to the new line of laptop-centric Core i3 and Pentium Haswell CPUs though, according to VR-Zone.

In fact, the company will first release the new CPUs in Asian countries, on September 1.

Then, on September 29, the processors will finally reach laptop makers from the rest of the planet.

There will be 20 mobile SKUs in total, both Standard Haswell and ULV Haswell (ultra low-voltage).

There will be some Celeron units, Core i3 chips, Core i5 processors, and some Core i7 CPUs.

All of them have GT2/GT3 graphics and TDPs of 35W (15/28 for ULV units, 11.5 W for “Y” processors).

The exception is an “HQ” high-performance CPU with HD 5000 iGP and 4 CPU cores.
