Michael Jackson fans have just gotten a brand new video with their favorite artist. The late pop singer continues to make history despite the fact that he's been dead for years. His legacy continues to influence musicians and trends in the industry. Yesterday, his latest video to be released was premiered on Twitter.

The video is called “A Place With No Name” and it's taken off Michael's new album “Xscape,” being advertised as the second official single. After watching the first few frames of the clip, you're going to realize that the Michael Jackson footage is taken from the “In the Closet” video which featured the artist dancing in the desert.

This footage was skillfully mixed with new scenes, filmed in black and white, showing a girl who resembles Naomi Campbell, the model who appeared in the original 1992 clip. The first part of the video is quite nice from a visual standpoint and it's also nostalgic.

Sadly, the second part doesn't quite rise to the occasion and the general tone of the clip is changed, making the overall quality of the production mediocre. The song, though it has the clean, crisp vocals of the late superstar, doesn't quite get your heart racing.

There is a reason all of the songs featured on these posthumous albums were scrapped from previous tracklists: they just didn't cut the mustard. Sadly, all of Michael's upcoming albums (his estate has announced that they plan a lot more albums in the future) will contain similar songs that have been recorded for previous albums but never released.
