Konami has released yet another Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance video, this time showcasing Raiden's special Augmented Mode, which allows him to analyze the environment, spot enemies and recognize which walls can be cut through.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance promises to deliver a fast-paced hack and slash experience that's a huge departure from the roots of the Metal Gear Solid stealth series.

We have already posted our impressions from the game's demo and now Konami has showcased a special video that focuses on Raiden's Augmented mode.

The mechanic is similar to the Detective Vision in the Batman Arkham games, as Raiden can analyze the environments in order to spot enemies and various secret areas or breakable walls.

What's more, the video also shows off some of Raiden's clever tricks, as he can hide in a box in order to escape patrolling guards, and deploy holograms with attractive girls to distract enemies.

Revengeance is out later this month for PS3 and Xbox 360. Until then, check out he video above.
