New Line Trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us Focuses on Story, Characters

The development team at NetherRealm and publisher Warner Bros. are giving fans of Injustice: Gods Among Us a new trailer, designed specifically to show off the storyline that players will explore and how the various superheroes and villains will feature in it.

All the characters in Injustice are drawn from the DC universe of comic books and gamers will be able to select favorites ranging from Superman to Solomon Grundy and battle both foes and friends.

The game uses core fighting mechanics similar to those of Mortal Kombat, but with more of an emphasis on environmental interaction and on superpower use.

Injustice: Gods Among Us will be launched on the PlayStation 3 from Sony, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the Nintendo Wii U on April 19 in both North America and Europe.
