Rockstar has just deployed a fresh update for L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition on the PC platform, which finally brings support for the DirectX 11 graphics technology.

L.A. Noire arrived on the PC late last year, bringing with it the original game, as well as all the DLC that was released for it on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.

Rockstar, its developer, has now released a fresh patch for the game, via Steam, which adds support for Direct X 11. This new graphics feature should make the already stunning visuals of L.A. Noire look even more impressive.

Owners of the game will now have the option to choose from its launcher, whether they play in DirectX 9 or 11 mode. Bear in mind that if you want the newest technology, you need a capable graphics card and a Windows 7 or Vista operating system.

The new update for L.A. Noire on the PC is available for download via Steam.
