14 DAY TRIAL // Tom Cruise is a certified action movie star and his latest film, “Jack Reacher” is set to capitalize on his status as one. A new trailer for the film has been released and, as expected, you can see it in full above.
Though based on a popular character, Cruise’s Jack Reacher has already angered fans because it’s completely different from what they had imagined.
The original Reacher was a huge ex-MP with temper issues who travels the US and has all kinds of amazing adventures. Cruise’s seems more mellow, if only for the fact that he’s shorter and less impressively built.
Even so, the new trailer makes the movie look incredibly promising.
With a script by Christopher McQuarrie (“The Usual Suspects”) and starring Rosamund Pike, Robert Duvall and director Werner Herzog, “Jack Reacher” will be out in theaters on December 21.
Nothing beats getting ready for Christmas than a healthy dose of vigilantism.
