Wisdom Audio have been spearheading the audio industry for quite some time now and they have come up with intriguingly-savvy solutions dedicated to all those looking for the ultimate sonic experience with their movies or music alike. Building on the same acclaimed top-notch standards, the new Sage series speakers deliver even more than before, with a more advanced technology and exceptional dynamics, offering a sound reproduction free from the inherent drawbacks of traditional speaker-engineering.

Built for versatility, style and performance alike, the new Wisdom Audio loudspeakers come with enhanced flexibility for in-wall mounting or in-room floorstanding placement; they can address almost any situations and settings, serving most purposes, from, generic music listening to specific home theater installations and complex audio room design.

The new Sage loudspeakers come in three "flavors": in-wall models easy to incorporate into stylish columns or any wall structure, the on-wall versions, perfect for flanking your flat screen LCD TV and the in-room, freestanding ones, easy to integrate in any dcor thanks to their small footprint and elegant design.

Any combination between these models is easy to build and you need not fear acoustic discrepancies: all these speakers have been designed to perfectly match no matter whether we're talking visuals, power ratings or timbre.

Even the smallest Wisdom Audio Sage speakers are capable to deliver a hefty bass response going as low as 40 Hz and below for a rich and solid sound field. While the LF is reproduced by traditional cone woofers, the midrange and treble frequencies come from the revered planar diaphragm magnetic panels. Free from the traditional compression met in common cone/dome drivers, these ribbon units come with increased efficiency and detailed sonic reproduction, while being also more powerful and having undetectable coloration, otherwise impossible to achieve with usual drivers.

Powered by state-of-the-art ICEpower amplifiers and trimmed with Audyssey room correction EQing, the Wisdom Audio Sage loudspeakers come with line-source behavior instead of a point-source one, ensuring a better directivity and with a more linear sonic performance across larger spaces. Now, these loudspeakers don't come cheap as their prices start around $2,250 and can reach $8,000, while the special amplifiers start at $3,500 and go as high as $6,000. But hey, we're talking high-end, audiophile gear here!
