Legal recreational use of marijuana seems to be the talk of the town after Colorado went high on the news with its legalized pot and the fact that people have been able to purchase the merchandise from local shops.

Now, New Hampshire wants the same thing, as the state's House preliminary voted in favor of those over 21 to be legally allowed to use and purchase small amounts of weed. The bill has to pass one more time through the House of Ways and Means Committee before undergoing the final voting.

If the law passes, New Hampshire will be the second state to legalize marijuana, after Washington and Colorado. But, recreational users shouldn't get so excited as the state's Governor Maggie Hassan admitted that she would veto the bill because she clearly didn't agree with it, notes Mashable.

The state had several attempts over the years to decriminalize small amounts of weed but every time they were rejected.
