In case you are one of those out there believing that there isn't too much left to improve in the tech world, here's something for you to chew off; if you're passionate multimedia enthusiasts like me, rent some new DVDs, grab a beer and rejoice: Denon releases two new home theater systems, the all-in-one kind, but now in a more witty configuration, embedding more high tech and ultimately, granting you easier access to the high-def multimedia world.

We're talking the announced S-302 and S-102 entertainment systems, coming with 2.1-channels sound and progressive-scan DVD players. Even more, it seems like Denon are becoming more and more fond of the HDMI idea so that they've added upscaling via HDMI to 1080p in the S-102 and all-analog up-conversion to HDMI and 1080p in the bigger, S3-2 unit.

The S-302 system sports Wi-Fi connectivity and this way you can easily link to your computer or other wireless-capable gear around the house and experience a new dimension of multimedia interconnectivity. Of course, both theater systems retain USB connections and the good-old 3.5mm jack that will offer you unlimited access to all your media, on almost any support.

Both driver blast 100W via the subwoofer channel and they differ slightly as far as the satellite power ratings are concerned: while the S-102 sports 32W per channel, its bigger brother blasts 50W. Fully functional remote controls are supplied with each home theater system for ultimate comfort and ease of use; the Denon S3-2 and S-102 have also been engineered to work with both Mac and Windows computers and this is truly neat!

These cute and smart theater systems are to be available pretty soon and their prices were announced around $999 for the S-102 and $1,699 for the S-302. What's even cooler is the fact that they have been announced with worldwide distribution: theater-in-a-box world, brace up and prepare!

We are just a few, but there are many of you, Softpedia users, out there.
