Google Chrome, a browser built on the WebKit layout engine that aims to be minimalistic and versatile at the same time, is now at version 27.0.1453.56 Beta.

The Beta branch of the Google Chrome internet browser has received an update, shortly after a new Dev version was made available to users.

Highlights of Google Chrome 27.0.1453.56 Beta:

• All navsuggestion results displayed below the best ranking keyword have been demoted; • A possible access to the NULL pointer has been corrected; • The shader disk cache is now disabled by default; • A crash that occurred when a user switches accounts, from a passphrase account, has been fixed.
