14 DAY TRIAL // A brand new video of the upcoming God of War: Ascension has appeared on the web, this time showing off a new type of enemies that will be included in the hack and slash game – the Furies.
Quite a few God of War games have appeared up until now, with the protagonist, Kratos, going on all sorts of adventures and, in the process, killing many mythical beings, from traditional monsters to actual gods.
Now, in the upcoming God of War: Ascension, Kratos is getting ready to defeat plenty of new beasts, including the Furies, which have just been revealed to fans during this weekend’s PAX 2012 expo in Seattle.
As you can see in the video above, the Furies may look like attractive women, but they use spider-like arms to impale those who they deem guilty.
Expect to hear about other monsters from God of War: Ascension as we get closer to its release in March, exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
