It has a new cooler that does not make as much noise

NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 650 Ti isn't exactly a noisy video card, but that did not stop Japanese company ELSA from outfitting it with a quieter cooler.

Thus it was that the ELSA GTX 650 Ti SAC came to be, with its “silent fan” and “compact board design.”

The specifications aren't otherwise changed. That means that the GK106 GPU, with its 768 CUDA cores, still operates at 928 MHz, and that the 1 GB of GDDR5 VRAM is clocked at 5.4 GHz (128-bit interface).

For connectivity to monitors, HDTVs or even some all-in-one PCs, the card has one HDMI output, a Dual-link DVI-I input and a Dual-link DVD-D port.

Obviously, the ELSA GeForce GTX 650 Ti SAC fits in PCI Express x16 Generation 3.0 slots.

Unfortunately, the new cooler means a slightly higher price than the $149 / 149 Euro given by NVIDIA.
