New Gameplay Trailer Released for Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm

Video game developer Blizzard has released another trailer for its upcoming Heart of the Swarm expansion for Starcraft II, showing off some more cinematic moments that hint at a large and convoluted plot and showing some gameplay.

The first information on the game was offered in June this year and the company will probably launch it at some point during the middle of 2012, although it's not talking officially about release dates.

Heart of the Swarm will have Sarah Kerrigan, also known as the Queen of Blades, in the main role, trying to get back control over the Zerg swarm.

The single player campaign has been confirmed as having 20 missions and the developers are introducing new units for the multiplayer mode and new maps.

There's also a new evolution system for the units, which will allow them to gain new abilities based on the experience that they gain during a mission.
