One of the devices that South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is expected to make official in the coming months is the Galaxy Note 8.0, an 8-inch tablet PC included in the increasingly popular Note series.

The device was spotted online not too long ago, and a new set of photos with it are now available for your viewing pleasure, courtesy of frandroid.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is expected to become official at the MWC 2013 fair in Barcelona, capable of delivering a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, while running under Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The specs list of this device is also said to include 2GB of RAM, along with 16/32GB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and 1.2MP front camera.

Furthermore, the device will sport WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, along with GPS receiver, and a 4600-mAh battery.
