Valve has just released a brand new update for the beta version of Dota 2 that allows players to customize the layout while selecting their hero and then export the template so that it can be shared with everyone else.

Dota 2’s final version is expected to appear in the near future, but this doesn’t mean that Valve has stopped releasing updates for its beta edition, as the studio has just posted a brand new patch that brings a customize layout option to the Hero Selector menu.

As such, players can now use the Grid View to change things and design their own interface. This can then be exported and shared with other Dota 2 players from all over the world.

The new update also adds some more information about the Aghanim’s Scepter item and players can now even preview its powers while browsing the in-game store.

Dota 2 is set to appear later this year for the PC via Steam.
