New DmC Devil May Cry Video Has Vergil Gameplay

After showing off what players of the upcoming DmC Devil May Cry game need to do in order to unlock the "SSSensational" rating in a video yesterday, publisher Capcom and developer Ninja Theory have just posted a new trailer, this time showing off gameplay with Vergil, the brother of the main protagonist, Dante.

DmC Devil May Cry reimagines a lot of things about the series but, as we saw from our quick look at the game's demo, the fast-paced hack and slash gameplay is still there.

After checking out lots of videos with the main character, Dante, Capcom has now posted a special trailer that shows off Vergil, Dante's brother, who'll be playable in a special add-on for the game called Vergil's Downfall.

As you can see above, Vergil is much more elegant in combat and he wields the powerful Yamato katana, which can be used to perform a variety of classic attacks.

Check out the video above and get ready for the release of DmC Devil May Cry in January for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
