It shows Cohen as the evil General Aladeen from the Great Republic of Wadiya (aka the dictator), exiled in the US and forced to get a regular job.
Anna Farris basically saves his life and, for some reason that will probably be revealed in the film, offers him a job in her organic grocery shop.
Here is Aladeen on his first day of work, comparing women with monkeys and concluding that they are very much the same.
