14 DAY TRIAL // Destiny has received a bit of fresh gameplay footage as well as new details from developer Bungie as part of a special interview conducted by Sony at the launch of its PlayStation 4 next-gen console.
Destiny is one of the big cross-generation games set to appear next year, and Sony scored a big win last week when developer Bungie confirmed that the beta stage for Destiny would appear first on PS3 and PS4.
Now, during the PS4's launch last week, Sony talked with Bungie's Dave Dunn who shared a bit more about Destiny and the game's art direction, and showcased a few new gameplay sequences.
According to Dunn, Destiny uses a special visual design that's pitched at mythic sci-fi, complete with special elements like capes, which are designed to reminisce older historical periods rather than futuristic concepts.
