Electronic Arts has just released a brand new video with Dead Space 3, showing off how players can go through the story mode both in the single-player and in the cooperative mode.

Dead Space 3 is eagerly awaited by many of the franchise's fans as it continues the story of everybody's favorite alien-killing engineer – Isaac Clarke.

Besides featuring new mechanics, like a special crafting one, the game also allows players to go through the story mode by themselves, like in previous titles, or with a friend, in the cooperative mode.

In order to show off the differences between the two different approaches, a brand new video has just been released by EA, showing off how the story changes when there's a second player in the mix, who controls John Carver, a new character in the Dead Space universe.

Check out the video above and get ready for the release of Dead Space 3 on February 5, in North America, and February 8, in Europe, for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
