14 DAY TRIAL // Dead Space 3 sees Isaac Clarke fight once more against the monstrous Necromorphs, alone or with a friend through the co-op mode, and, in order to show off a new type of monster – the Feeder – developer Visceral Games has just posted some new screenshots.
There are already quite a lot of different necromorphs in the Dead Space universe and, with the arrival of the third game, which sees Clarke explore the icy planet of Tau Volantis, quite a few new varieties of monsters will be added to the lore.
Among them there is the Feeder, an alien that spawns after humans eat the flesh of dead necromorphs. There’s a catch, however, as the Feeders, after spending lots of time in the darkness, can easily be blinded by bright lights.
However, once one of them finds the player, it’ll let out a monstrous roar that calls upon his brethren.
As such, players can try to either stealthily move around the Feeder groups or rush them head on, hoping to survive their onslaught.
