Next month, Bell's Brewery, a company based in the city of Kalamazoo in Michigan, US is expected to debut a new line of beers that are inspired by and even named after planets in our solar system.

As explained by Space, the brewing company will not release all the beers in its “The Planets” series at the same time. Thus, Mars, which is described as a fairly strong beer, will be the first to hit markets.

Then, once every two months, Bell's Brewery is to release a new beer. Should things go according to plan, folks will get to try “The Planets” series in its entirety by July 2015.

“We're always trying new things. That's part of the brewing world, coming up with new flavors and new recipes. You know, I think we're fairly innovative in what we do,” Larry Bell explained the decision to launch these beers.

Information shared with the public says the beers will be available both in six-pack and draft. By the looks of it, the brewing company is looking to launch them in all the 20 states that currently make up its distribution area.

If you're wondering why no beer named after or inspired by Earth is included in “The Planets” series, the reason is because the line is based on an orchestral suite by Gustav Holst.

For some reason, the English composer chose not to represent Earth in his suite, which he wrote between 1914 and 1916. Hence, our planet also got left out of Bell's Brewery's line.
