A new possible screenshot from Assassin's Creed Unity has been leaked online, at least according to a new report that managed to score an image of an alleged gameplay video with the new title.

Assassin's Creed Unity was confirmed to the world with a short teaser trailer last month, after the very first leaked images appeared online showing the fresh game from Ubisoft in action.

The publisher mentioned that more details will be available soon but, so far, not much else is known about Unity.

A new report has just surfaced online, via NeoGAF, complete with an alleged gameplay screenshot of the new title.

Apparently, a video with Assassin's Creed Unity briefly appeared on YouTube but was quickly taken down by Ubisoft. Fortunately, a screengrab during a gameplay sequence managed to appear online.

As you can see, the game's new protagonist is depicted front and center and it seems that he isn't wearing the traditional hooded cloak seen in previous games. The surroundings look quite detailed, even in the heavily compressed image, and might be the streets of Paris, seeing as how the game takes place during the French revolution.

As of yet, not much else is known about Assassin's Creed Unity so expect to hear something official soon enough.
