Here we go bringing you news about a new motherboard issuing from Asrock's labs, built with the Intel Q77 chipset at the core and promising excellent computing with speed and stability.

Like with most modern boards, we were expecting the 32 GB maximum memory capacity; users can throw 1600 MHz modules in the Q77M vPro (1600 MHz speed reached with 22nm CPUs) and enjoy the 4-slot dual-channel architecture.

Second- and third-generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors are supported, and the 4+3 power phase design of the board accounts for a more stable operation thanks to the more precise voltages delivered.

Graphics performance with the Q77M vPro depends entirely on the CPU users plan to load the board with: with IvyBridge processors, they can get DirectX11 and Pixel Shader 5.0 support, while FullHD 1080p Blu-ray and HD-DVD formats are most likely to be a common feature.

Realtek 6-channel HD audio supports THX TruStudio specifications while blazing-fast data transfers are ensured by the presence of 6Gb/s SATA3 connectors and USB 3.0 ports. Adding all the Asrock proprietary tweaking software, Intel vPro technology and multiple hardware monitors makes the Q77M vPro a truly nice choice for a new Intel CPU-based system. Here are the Asrock Q77M vPro drivers and other free downloads.
