Apple is opening yet another retail store, the fifteenth to be precise, in the UK. The company has "quietly" made an announcement, via its official web site, that it will open its 15th UK Apple Store in Cambridge.

The news comes via World of Apple who notes that the store opens at the same time the shopping centre itself is supposed to open its doors.

The exact store address, according to Apple this time is Unit 12, Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Cambridge, CB2 3AX, 01223 253600. The Apple Store, Grand Arcade, is located on the lower level of the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, which is on St. Andrews Street in Cambridge.

As usual, Apple made sure anyone driving a car or traveling by train or by bus can make their way to the store and acquire their elusive electronics. As such, for those who plan on getting there by car, Cambridge is serviced north to south by the M11 (Junctions 11-14) and east to west by the A14/A11. The Grand Arcade multi-storey car park offers 960 spaces and is located just next to the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, according to Apple who, not only makes sure you get there easy, but also eliminates the fuss of finding a spot to park your ride.

Also five 'Park & Ride' sites are also found in Cambridge. They all operate Monday to Saturday (inclusive), the Cupertino based company reveals, with two of them (Madingley Road and Newmarket Road) also operating on Sundays between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.

However, if you don't own a car or if a train gets you there faster, or easier, the nearest station is of Cambridge. It is 15-minute walk from the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre. Future faithful visitors of the store should note that there are regular trains to Cambridge from London's King Cross, London Liverpool Street, Norwich, Kings Lynn and Peterborough.

The central bus station at the interchange of Emmanuel Street and Drummer Street is faced directly opposite to the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre.
