Most on-ear headphones have a rather big problem in that they make your earlobes hurt after a while, but Antec has just announced a headset that supposedly doesn't have this problem.

Of course, we've heard this before, an on-ear headphone set with so-called ergonomic ear cups and an adjustable headband for comfortable fit.

Whether or not this works out for you is something you'll have to find out for yourself. Some people just have bad luck and their ear shape doesn't quite mesh right.

Anyway, the new Pulse Lite headphone set from Antec uses Bluetooth technology to communicate with PCs, phones, tablets, or whatever else. The full product name is, after all, Pulse Lite Bluetooth Headphones.

Moreover, the new device has an integrated one-touch volume and playlist control button, which you can use to start or stop a song, answer phone calls, skip tracks, and adjust volume.

It's a real shame that the Pulse Lite hasn't been given a price yet. All we know about availability is that customers will get to choose between black and white colors.

In case you're wondering, the Antec Pulse Light Bluetooth Headphones have only the passive noise cancellation that comes with the on-ear design. You should still hear the outside world, if not quite as well as without them.
