Another alpha build, the sixth, for Miranda IM 0.10.0 has been released recently, taking the development of the program closer to a beta version. The current revision integrates new functions as well as a small set of repairs.

First on the list is a redesigned Jabber resource selection logic to comply with RFC (Request for Comments).

Among the fixes available in this build, there is the one affecting the login to GTalk in invisible mode. Furthermore, the developer dealt with various MSN crashes and Yahoo searching for AT&T user account.

As for the new feature introduced in this revision of the instant messenger, it refers to the program’s ability to retrieve chatroom history from the server, while offline.

Keep in mind that this is an alpha release; thus, it is an unstable build, suitable for experienced testers only.
