ASUS hasn't been giving off any indications of working on a new tablet as of late. At CES 2014, the Taiwanese manufacturer pulled the veil off the VivoTab Note 8, a tablet that has been receiving a lot of good reviews.

However, since then, we haven’t heard anything when it comes to new ASUS tablets. Nevertheless, the guys over at TabletsMagazine, who have been digging through databases like Wi-Fi Alliance, the FCC and Bluetooth SIG, have unearthed two new unannounced tablet models.

The K010 and K013 models have been spotted in the Wi-Fi Alliance database. There’s not much information available about the two slates, but at this point, we can tell you that they are Wi-Fi only models and come running Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.

ASUS is yet to roll out the Android 4.4 KitKat update for its tablets. The company is barely pushing out the Android 4.3 OTA for some of its devices. For example, back in February, we told you that the Android 4.3 build started to arrive for the ASUS MeMO Pad FHD 10.

So, having two new ASUS slates that run Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box can certainly be considered a drawing point, right from the start.

ASUS is rumored to be gearing up for the release of multiple devices in the upcoming months, so we thought that it might be the right place to refresh your memory a little bit regarding what was coming in terms of tablets.

ASUS FonePad 7 LTE The upgraded FonePad 7 has been showed off at MWC 2014 and is expected to arrive with an IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Power comes from an Intel Atom Z2560 processor clocked at 1.6GHz combined with 1GB of RAM.

The slate runs Android 4.3 out of the box and compared to the original version, it has LTE functionality attached to it.

ASUS Transformer Pad TF103C

Rumors about the Transformer Pad TF103C have appeared online ever since March, but now an online retailer has posted the specification list for the device.

The tablet with keyboard dock is expected to arrive with a 10.1-inch screen with a standard resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and draw power from a quad-core 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z3745 (up to 1.83 GHz in Turbo Boost) fitted with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The tablet will also come with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
