If you’re an AIMP fan and you can’t wait until the next stable release comes out, here are some exciting news for you: the developing team behind the project rolled out a brand new beta version that comes with lots of improvements and new features.

AIMP 3.55 Build 1298 Beta adds the ability to move links from the browser to the playlist with drag and drop, while the created playlists can now be added to the bookmarks.

At the same time, the sound engine has been improved with options to customize resampling speed/quality, as well as to use dithering when decreasing bit depth.

Plenty of bug fixes are also part of the package, including those aimed at issues found in the player, the sound engine, or the tag editor.
